This course is designed to provide a comprehensive of IT services management(ITSM). It covers the key concept, principle of ITSM. IT service Management(ITSM) is a set of practices for managing IT services and processes. It involves end-to-end delivery of IT services to customers, including all the processes and activities to design, create , deliver, and support IT services. The core concept of ITSM belief that IT should be delivered as a services. This means that IT service should be designed and delivered with the needs of customers in mind
