Assessment of the operational and organisational capacity of Ghana Agricultural Workers Union (GAWU) of the Trades Union Congress (TUC), Ghana.

4:FNV MONDIAAL, Netherlands – Project Audit of GAWU TUC, 2016

Audited the donor funding and activities of the TUC-GAWU for the activity years 2013 -2015 and review of previous audit management letter.

5: SPARK – AFRICA IN MOTION (AIM), Netherlands – Franchise for Development (F4D), 2016

Provided Match-making services and vetting of local entrepreneurs with counterpart businesses in the Netherlands and Ghana.

7:USAID-SFMP-OCAT Review and Development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Daasgift Quality Foundation (DQF), Takoradi, Ghana, 2016

Developed five separate operating manuals into the SoPs including:

  1. The Board and Corporate Governance Manual;
  2. Finance and Internal Controls Manual;

16:EU-REMADE- INTENT – Entrepreneurship and Business Development Orientation, 2010 – 2012

Provided training and coaching of both local and Dutch-Ghanaian Entrepreneurs on Entrepreneurship and Business Development Orientation. Supported and coached more than 15 of such Entrepreneurs in developing their Business Plans. Also support Dutch-Ghanaian migrants with Market Research and Business Setups in Ghana as part of the EU-HIVOS funded REMADE Project in Ghana.
