HRM 108: STRATEGIC WORKFORCE PLANNING

This course is designed to explore the stages of strategic workforce planning and how to plan and apply the process to make informed decisions. Strategic workforce planning is a process of identifying and addressing the gap between the workforce of an organization and its future needs. It involves analysing the current workforce, forecasting future needs, and developing strategies to address any gaps. The goal of strategic workforce planning is to ensure that an organization has the right people with the right skills in the right positions at the right time.
