The role of the Risk Analyst, Fraud Investigators and Internal Auditors in combating and investigating fraud has become much needed than ever before due to recent fraudulent activities and collapse of several organizations due to scandals. Though key emphasis is being placed on assurance on issues of corporate governance, value for money, risk management and effective control environment; fraud either internally or externally becomes much higher and more difficult to combat and investigate.
